We are excited to invite you to our next Intelligence Community Speaker Series Session on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. AZ. on the University of Arizona main campus.

The event will feature John Yoo, the Emanuel Heller Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, and a nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. He also serves as a distinguished visiting professor at the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Civic Leadership and a senior fellow at its Civitas Institute.

Professor Yoo has served in all three branches of government. On September 11, 2001, he was an official in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he worked on national security and counterterrorism issues. He also served as general counsel of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and as a law clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
